Who are we?
Founded in 2005 in Istanbul, one of the world's most important cities, our company has proven itself throughout Europe with its wide range of products and quality. To date, it has successfully exported countless products to leading customers in its sector.
In 2022, the company moved its factory to Kocaeli, acquired a 5500m2 indoor facility, and has continuously invested in state-of-the-art CNC machinery for its equipment park.
About Us
ART MOLD Mold Accessories Industry and Trade Inc. has been operating in the sector under the umbrella of Art Kalıp since 2005, producing mold accessories consisting of cylindrical columns and bushings.
With its high-quality and well-established machinery, our company quickly reached a point where it exported 100% of its production abroad. Following the split of the parent company, it has continued to operate under its new name since 2015.
Our company operates with 3µ precision tolerances in all its products, and we have automatically controlled the ambient temperature, one of the most important factors in achieving this precision. Thanks to this, a constant temperature of around 20-23°C is maintained throughout the entire production line.
Our products are manufactured using 16MnCrS5 (1.7131) grade steel as raw material, which is highly suitable for gas carburization. After heat treatment, the material hardness is stabilized at 58 - 62 HRC. Through heat treatment applied with gas carburization technique, an adjustable hardness is created on the outer surface of the material, while a flexibility that prevents brittleness is created in its internal structure. In this way, the durability and long lifespan of our products are guaranteed.
Our company, which exports almost all of its products abroad, has succeeded in becoming one of the important suppliers of leading mold companies in Europe.
