Quality Control and
Certification Systems
In accordance with our own quality standards, we are able to perform measurements with an accuracy of 0.001mm thanks to both our manual and automatic measurement systems.
In addition, with optical scanning measuring instruments, concentricity measuring devices, laser measuring instruments, hardness testing devices, and surface roughness measuring devices, we are able to maintain our quality at the highest level at every stage of production.
CAD-CAM and ERP Systems
For your standard, custom-made, and complex parts, we utilize Hypermill and Solidworks CAD programs to provide you with the best service and faster, higher-quality production.
Our CNC machines are from proven brands. With our cylindrical, surface, centerless, hole, honing, profile, and 5-axis grinding machines, we can achieve the desired high surface accuracy and tolerances.
